Update from Week 5

Hi there! We had another action packed week with our history presentations! We got them done this week, so we will be moving on to Chapter 5 in our US History text. The students did a great job with their public speaking and their visual aids.

In Advanced Math, we previewed Lessons 67 and 68. They will be doing the problem sets for those lessons. The next test can be administered after Lesson 68.

In Shakespeare, remember that oral presentations of the memorized 30 lines from Julius Caesar are due. Also, their essays, picking one of the assigned topics will be due. If you use an outside resource, you must cite it using MLA format!

In Philosophy, there will be a short quiz on Chapters 1-3. After that, we will move on to Chapter 6 in the book. Please read carefully and take study notes for each chapter, so that discussion goes well in class.
